MattF - Why do so many people walk their dogs in UCD?

Me - Because UCD is a national park

"We're already wet" the list is short on what involves a funny quote. UCD is not a national park nor is it really open to the public, anyone on UCD propertity can be asked to leave if they fail to produce a staff card or student card. The Gardai view it as a public area but the college can close it's gates and has come close to it a number of times due to accidents were people sued.
So I say it's more like Matt 5 - (-6) leighton for not knowing what a national park is and doing forestry where one of his employers could be the NPWS.

UCD is not a National Park, nowhere does it say National park. In that case my back garden is a national park.
